Confidence

One of the key things we all, but specifically young women must possess is Confidence. Sure we hear this many times, pertaining to different things, but it doesn't really resonate until you understand yourself. Until you embrace self awareness in its essence you can't  perceive your actions, thoughts, outlook etc. With self awareness comes the realization of Confidence or lack thereof. It took me a while to be positively self aware rather than be self conscience. A few months ago I decided I wanted change I wanted peace freedom. I no longer wanted to be trapped in the bondage of pondering futile thoughts that captured my ambition and entertained doubt and fear. Fear in any sense is debilitating. for years this fear of failure, mistake, embarrassment and many other things had huddled over my life and overtook my thoughts. I was always afraid to try new things and step out of my comfort zone. Self awareness and Self efficacy have helped me realize many things about my self that have helped develop confidence. It is important to know who you are, what you stand for and what you are capable of and  I think this is critical in the lives of young women.

Realize your beliefs

Realize who you are. Hold strong to your beliefs. Don't change for anyone- unless your soul mate meets you at that happy medium-. Don;t let the fear of disagreement keep you from speaking your mind, but dont share your thoughts with everyone. Your Beliefs are Valid- in your mind. Argue with facts not beliefs.

Love of Books

I love reading! Authors have the perfect way of saying things that need to be said. Books fill in gaps and answer burning questions about our selves and the society we live in. Books push you to think outside of the box and encourage you to be better. Books offer insight without judgment, unlike people. Books are colorful and enlightening teachers that breathe into life, instead of the mostly life draining lectures of the classroom.

Something about bloggiing

I've been looking for a place to connect with people I can relate to. It has become a challenge. I can't relate to many of the blogs out there so here I am. Sometimes i just have to get these thoughts out or my brain will explode. There is something about blogging that has greater potential of relieving my pent up thoughts.
